No Returns or Refunds

Returns based on change of mind, dissatisfaction with color, size, or personal preference are not accepted.
Order Accuracy

Exceptions — Damaged or Incorrect Items
While we do not offer returns or refunds, we will review claims for:

Approved claims may be resolved through a replacement or store credit, at Chloéa Paris’ discretion. Refunds are not issued.
