Membership Commitment

  • The VIP Club is a recurring paid subscription

  • A minimum commitment of three (3) consecutive months is required

  • The subscription cannot be canceled during the initial three-month term

  • Membership benefits begin immediately upon successful enrollment

Billing & Auto-Renewal

By subscribing, you authorize Chloéa Paris to automatically charge your selected payment method according to the billing cycle displayed at checkout.

After the initial three-month commitment:

  • The subscription will continue on a recurring basis unless canceled prior to the next billing date

  • You may cancel at any time after the minimum term to avoid future charges

No partial refunds or prorated credits will be issued.

VIP Fees & Refunds

All VIP Club fees are non-refundable, including:

  • Membership charges

  • Promotional or discounted pricing

  • Charges incurred during the minimum commitment period

By enrolling, you acknowledge that VIP Club fees are charged for access and benefits, not physical goods.

VIP Benefits & Modifications

Chloéa Paris reserves the right to modify, update, replace, or discontinue VIP benefits at any time. Changes will not affect an active minimum commitment period.

VIP Chargebacks & Disputes

By enrolling in the Chloéa VIP Club, you agree to contact Chloéa Paris support before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.

Unauthorized chargebacks related to agreed subscription terms may result in:

  • Immediate termination of VIP access

  • Permanent restriction from future services

Termination of Membership

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate VIP memberships for abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms. Termination does not release the member from payment obligations during the minimum commitment period.

8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

You agree to contact our support team prior to initiating any chargeback or dispute.

Chargebacks that violate these Terms may result in account suspension or refusal of future service.
